From architecting scalable systems to guiding the team through day-to-day technical decisions, my focus is always on building reliable features that truly serve our users. I work closely with engineers to simplify complex problems, maintain high code quality, and create an environment where everyone can grow and do their best work. Seeing our ideas turn into features that impact millions of learners is what motivates me every day.

I focus on growth at Ling, which basically means I get to nerd out on data, experiments, and user stories to make learning feel smoother and more fun. By working closely with our Customer Support team, I turn real questions and complaints into product tweaks, fixes, and new features. The best part is when we see both the numbers improving and fewer support tickets coming in, because that’s when we know Ling is truly making life easier for our learners.

I believe every piece of content should tell a story that serves its audience. In three years at Ling, I’ve evolved from Content Marketer to Strategist, witnessing how data-driven storytelling turns readers into loyal app users. I’m passionate about building optimized language learning resources that bridge the gap between big ideas and real-world value.

From building new partnerships across businesses, schools, influencers, and creators to nurturing long-term collaborations, my role is all about creating win-win opportunities that help Ling grow globally. Every conversation teaches me something new about different markets, people, and how communities learn languages. Working here has strengthened my strategic thinking, communication, and adaptability. It’s incredibly rewarding to see partnerships turn into real impact for learners around the world.

As a Language Specialist, I manage content across multiple languages, with a special focus on the Slavic group. My goal is to make learning “hard” languages feel clear, natural, and approachable, and I love seeing how small improvements and fresh approaches can make a real difference for millions of learners worldwide. Working remotely with such a supportive and passionate team makes it even more meaningful. Even across different countries and time zones, we collaborate closely, share ideas openly, and grow together. That sense of trust and teamwork is what truly makes Ling special.
