Senior Video Editor

permanent · full-time · Chiang Mai
We're looking for a Senior Video Editor who doesn't just edit - they elevate. You'll own the creative direction of video content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, bringing a data-informed point of view to everything you produce. This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. You'll proactively identify opportunities, push creative boundaries, and drive measurable growth through exceptional content.
Apply for this job

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Performance

  • Edit and produce high-performing short-form and long-form videos per month across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook

  • Stay ahead of platform trends, sound formats, and editing techniques to keep content fresh and competitive
  • Coordinate with Growth teams to align video assets with campaigns and product launches

Creative Leadership

  • Bring a strong point of view to every project - suggest directions, challenge briefs, and push for better outcomes
  • Collaborate with scriptwriters, social media managers, and designers to craft compelling visual stories

  • Develop and document clear SOPs, templates, and best practices for the video workflow

  • Recommend and introduce tools and processes the team hasn't tried yet

Asset & Project Management

  • Maintain organized project files, shared asset libraries, and version control
  • Manage footage, soundtracks, templates, and motion graphics in a shared library

  • Proven ability to edit for multiple formats (portrait, landscape, square)
  • Fluency in English; experience working in international or multicultural environments
  • Strong command of platform specs and best practices across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
