As an Executive Assistant supporting our company’s co-founders, Khwan and Simon, in both their professional and private lives, your mission is to provide seamless, efficient, and proactive administrative support that enables our co-founders to focus on high-leverage tasks. You will expertly manage communication channels, coordinate schedules, and oversee essential logistical tasks. Responsibilities

  • Manage communication across Slack, email, and messaging platforms for Khwan and Simon
  • Handle various administrative tasks such as booking flights, planning travel, coordinating venues, purchasing items, and running personal errands as requested by the CEOs
  • Own calendar management for both business and personal schedules for Khwan and Simon
  • Keep tasks organized and moving forward, ensuring follow-through and completion
  • Gain a deep understanding of the company’s business operations to help you work more effectively
  • Provide general administrative support to other team members, when necessary
  • Track expenses and monitor business and personal accounts, preparing simple monthly summaries
  • Provide general support to the team and assist with ad hoc requests
  • Help plan Khwan and Simon’s weekly schedules to ensure they prioritize high-leverage activities for the company

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (required) and a native Thai speaker (required), with impeccable communication and strong writing skills
  • Based in Chiang Mai (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-level executive assistance 
  • Experience working in a tech or startup environment; prior experience at a technology company is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven proficiency and confidence in remote work environments
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion

How long does the application process take?

From application to offer, the process typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on the role and scheduling availability. We aim to keep candidates informed at each stage, though timelines may vary. What tips can help me pass the screening stage?

What are the working hours and office policies?

Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30–18:00 GMT+7. Remote team members can work flexibly in their local time zones, in agreement with their manager and HR. For Chiang Mai–based team members, we follow a hybrid model: office collaboration typically occurs Tuesday to Thursday, with flexibility based on team and role needs.

Interviews are generally conducted via Google Meet and may include up to three rounds:

What kind of insurance and health support does Ling provide?

Team members in Thailand receive group Health, Life, and Accident insurance through AIA Thailand. Team members outside Thailand are eligible for annual insurance reimbursement. All eligible team members also receive an annual health check-up allowance to support preventive care.

What holidays and leave do Ling employees have?

What language level is required to work at Ling?

While we collaborate primarily in English, Ling is a truly multilingual team! Our team members speak 20+ languages, and we encourage diversity in language skills. If you speak additional languages, that's definitely a plus, but it’s not a requirement!
